Glass
Glass is an important component that impact the functionality of the window. Glass should be selected on the basis of thermal insulation, sound insulation, wind resistance, water tightness required as per climatic condition and few other points. Nature Windows can accommodate any type of glass as desired and required by you.
The various types of glass are:
Float / Annealed Glass:
Float glass is a sheet of glass made by floating molten glass on a bed of molten metal, typically tin. This method gives the sheet uniform thickness and very flat surfaces. Modern windows are made from float glass.
Tinted float / Annealed Glass:
Tinted float glass is produced by adding colorant during a clear float production. These glasses are primarily designed for solar control which is reduction of the sun’s direct heat energy which in turn will reduce the energy cost. Tinted glass have another important feature which is that they are glare reduction.
Reflective Float glass:
These are float glass with metallic costing thus helping to reflect back the solar radiation thus taking care of thermal insulation better than tinted glass. It even reflects the light during the day time and it even ensures minimum visibility from the outside.
Toughened Glass / tempered glass:
Toughened glass is made from annealed glass via a thermal tempering process. The glass is placed onto a roller table, taking it through a furnace that heats it above its annealing point of about 720 °C. The glass is then rapidly cooled with forced air drafts while the inner portion remains free to flow for a short time. It is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the inner part is in tension.
Laminated / Shutter proof / sandwich glass:
When two glass sheets of any of the above mentioned glasses are sandwiched together with one or more layers of PVB plastic or resin it is called laminated glass . The process of sandwiching / lamination makes the glass much stronger and prevents easy breakage. Due to PVB Plastic or resin in between the glass does not shatter when it breaks.
Heat Strengthened Glass:
Heat strengthened glass is subjected to heating / cooling cycle in controlled behaviour and is twice as strong as annealed glass. These glasses also have higher resistance to thermal loads. When broken, the glass fragments break into large pieces and do not result into small fragments like toughened glass, thus allowing it to stay in the opening for a longer duration. Although it is not a safety glass but this breakage pattern prevents the glass from falling and injuring someone This glass cannot be drilled / cut / edged, sandblasting etc.
Insulated Or Double Glass:
Insulated glass refers to two or more glass sealed around the edges with an air space between the two to form a single unit. The insulating air / gas between the two layers of glass improve the thermal performance of the unit.

MESH
Nature Windows Sliding Flyscreen System is composed of the sash profile, the transom profiles and two different types of rail profile. The big rail (38mm) is used for double rail frame and the small rail (22mm) is used for single rail frame. Sliding Flyscreen System absolutely prevents the entry of flies and other insects with double brush application in compliance with the production details.
It is the only Sliding Flyscreen System with the possibility to be laminated completely. It may be laminated with the same color as the opening; therefore, it provides a visual integrity.
Nature windows casement window flyscreen system is composed of a pull down (roller) mesh, where the mesh will roll up when not in use and the view will not be obstructed. in casement and French doors the flyscreen system is composed of pleated mesh which shall fold sideward's in this type also the view is not obstructed.

Made of stainless steel wires woven into a mesh. It is extremely durable and has superior strength. It comes in black colour, offers excellent outdoor visibility - "CLEAR VIEW" , better air-flow and excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.
PET RESISTANT
If you have pets that constantly tear into your screens, go for the heavier and strong pet resistant mesh. It's is resistant to tear and damage caused by pets. Caution - Pet resistant mesh blocks visibility
MESH STYLES:
PULL DOWN
A lighter mesh variant that rolls up and opens down with one swift movement. It comes fitted with high quality imported mechanism that ensures smooth and easy movement of mesh frame. It is best suited for casement outward opening windows.
OPENABLE
Fitted in the inner sash of the Villa Window system, it blocks the entry of mosquitoes and insects when you open the outer sashes for ventilation.
PLETED
Lightweight, compact and easy to operate, this mesh is pleated unlike others which are flat. Reinforced with a string, it has a horizontal sideways movement, and allows for better visibility. Best suited for casement door systems or long span doors.
SLIDING
This is a mesh option for sliding window & doors. It is fit over an additional track and slides like the regular slider sash.
